Partial repairs completed. -Got a salvaged door black for $100 delivered. Had the A pillar pulled and door put on, they swapped the mirror, handle, speaker, window guide, and door panel for just under $400. It has a tiny creak on opening, but is very good otherwise. Am waiting for an airbag to arrive from eBay salvage in CA ($40). then the upholstery might be about $200-$300. Could be worse.
