The speedometer signal goes through the ABS module, which has failed on your car. Lack of speed signal triggers the shift light.

Get your ABS module repaired. A 1/4 driver with an E5 torx bit will get the ABS module out. You could solder it your self or get a professional to do it for you.

Do not buy a new abs unit, they will fail again. Repaired units do not fail.
