Very easy. All you need to do is run it along the sides, under the plastic door sills and just tuck it under the carpet. To the sides of the backseat are removeable cushions (they just pull out) and run the wire through the opening. No need to pull up carpeting and it takes minutes to do. The units are powered by the antenna, the OEM plug just "Y"s into it after removing the side panel.
