The 232 code that you have is most often caused by the little rubber elbows that connect vacuum lines on the car. One in particular is on the end of the intake manifold, if you look back, below where the hose goes from your thermostat housing to the radiator, also in back of the steering pump, you can squeeze your hand in there and feel the rubber elbow, if it is soft and mushy or if you can look at it and see a hole it needs replacing, while you are at it check out all the other little rubber elbows. 99% of the time that is the cause of the 232 code.
