Those tubes don't normally clog as they only drain off very small amounts of water that might enter between the sunroof glass and the top (between the seal) and no debris should be in there either, at least I've never seen any.

You can open the sunroof and carefully pour water along each side (not to spill inside the car), front and back and you should the see water pouring out from the outlets. If so, there's no problem.
