Accessory Drive Belt Replacement V70-XC70 1998

I'm having trouble coming up with a tool to fit into the 3/4" tensioner to let me change this belt. There is not enough room to get a tool down there, my 3/4" rachet and breaker bar are both to big.

Short of a 3/4 adapter and a pair of vise-grips someone must have a good solution.
