My firewall mount (the round one between the bracket attached the engine and the bracket going back to the firewall) failed. I was surprised that Volvo hadn't figured out how to make a better mousetrap since the 850 mounts failed in a similar way.
Anyway, how easy is it? I got advice on loosening the bolts to the bracket on the engine (spark plug cover has to be loosened, as one bolt is under it) - are there any tricks to getting it out, putting the new one in? Is pressing involved?
I am getting the improved model of this mount.
