The adjustment 'knob' in under the armrest. Flip it up, use a flat screwdriver to poen up the trap door in the bottom.

I used a T40 torx screwdriver to turn it. A 1/4 screwdriver should also fit. Turn it counter clockwise to tighten it.

The brake shoes are in the rear drum. It has a star wheel adjustment, but you have to adjust it through a lug hole. Quite hard to find even with a flashlight.

If the Ebrake is never used, the cables can get rusty and freeze up. Cable replacement is not fun.
