A while ago I discovered that the rear sway bar on my 94 turbo wagon was broken at the point where the "spring" portion of the bar attaches. I call it a spring for lack of a better term. It is made out of thick sheet steel, is attached to the hollow steel tube portion of the bar, and is somewhat "S" shaped. It looks as it was designed to allow the bar some small aount of movement lateraly. I had this welded and a couple of weeks later it broke again, this time just past the weld. Any one else have this happen?
