LIsa,I think your car has a manual crank to close the SR. You can use this until you get a real fix I think it is under the plastic cover just to the rear of the inside lights(top center just aft of the rear view mirror) ....OH BTW call another dealer ASAP 2K sounds like a rip off to me!
