The one in the middle on your car for fuel, (the one closest to your engine is for ignition)......BUT I would guess at that as it'd be rare. I can't think of one time when a fuel or ignition ECU ever caused rough running on an 850. Those parts are expensive and non-returnable so you'ld spend your money more wisely IMO by just paying a dealer (or wherever) their 1 hour diagnostic fee.
