OK. Thanks, I put about 200 miles on it with no leak so I am putting it all back together. One shop wanted 900 another 500, I got the core from FCP for 130 and spent about 1.5 hrs.

The Volvospeed photos were very helpful, I don't have a shop manual for this car yet.
