If the headlight assembly still sits at the same angle it once did before (like no bent body structural parts?), then it's possible that there's something now loose or broken inside the headlamp assembly. To fix it, it's best to remove the assembly from the car, carefully remove the glass by removing its clips and checking everything inside.
