When you floored the pedal, you turned off the injectors. That suggests that fuel is leaking into the manifold or cylinders and fouling the plugs. It would be quite rare for all 5 injectors to fail in the open position, so I would look at the fuel pressure relay.

Is there any gasoline in the vacuum line that goes from the FPR to the vacuum tree? If so, replace the FPR.

Listen for the fuel pump when you put the key in pos II, no noise suggests a failed relay (#103).
