There are at least two adapters that I am aware of.

One is made by peripheral interface devices (?). They have a web site, but I don't have the address. I have seen this adapter at Circuit City for $79.00.

The other unit is made by Blitzsafe. I have one of these and it works great with my SC 816 head unit and the alpine 620 changer. Blitzsafe has a website, blitzsafe.com. I got the adapter and the alpine changer from CDCHANGERSONLINE.com for $315.00 delivered, no shipping, no tax.
