Nancy-

Your instrument cluster is calibrated in km instead of miles. It can be corrected manually but it is much easier with the Volvo Scan Tool. (VST) Manual adjustments will take a specific sequence of codes input through the diagnostic socket. The VST can accomplish the same thing with just a few 'keystrokes' and positive confirmation of calibration.
