10 mm ratchet. Remove the vacuum tree. Remove the clamps to the IAC and air hose.
Can of TB cleaner spray. Open throttle and start spraying. Use an old toothbrush for the stubborn spots. Clean vacuum tree. That will get 90% of the dirt.
If you are anal, buy a gasket and remove the TB from the car. That usually takes me all day when it is raining outside.
Just remember to let the manifold dry a little before starting. TB cleaner does burn when exposed to flame.
