The upper strut mount is probably a good idea, considering the age of the car. The rear shock mounts (upper) are a must. I didn't replace these at first on my '97 and the Bilsteins didn't feel very tight in the back. Replaced the mounts this weekend, and it's much better -even on a 4 year old car.
