The biggest mistake shops make is to get in a hurry and overpressurize the system with their external pumping machine. Either look for a shop that works on Volvos a lot, or DIY.

DIY takes less than 1 hour, 10-12 quarts of fluid, 3 empty gallon jugs, a funnel, and a 5 ft length of clear hose.
