"tune up" no longer applies to these newer cars. All you have are spark plugs, no plug wires or distributer, everything is run by computer.

There is still a dirty throttle body if you use regular gasoline. All oils are supposed to be synthetic which produces less sludge.

Depending on the age, you will still be nagged by leaking vacuum lines, unless you replace them with silicone lines.
