O2 Sensor, MAF or vacuum line? V70-XC70 2004

Vacuum leak is the most likely source. A MAF or O2 sensor would likely show another code specific for the sensor itself. If the vacuum checks out (if she goes to a mechanic they should smoke test to find leaks) it's most likely fuel issues. I can't recall if the 04's start to monitor fuel pressure or not, but Volvo has a tradition where the car expects the fuel side to be correct at all times.

If she keeps driving it while its running this rich it WILL be an O2 sensor as well.

If you're not driving it "like its stolen," are you really driving?
