Just got back from the service department. They said I needed a new cabin temperature sensor and that they had to order one. So...its not yet fixed.

I'm really curious whether a new sensor will do the trick since the sensor seems to otherwise work well enough to hold the temp at any given setting.

I'll post the results of my next trip to the service dept to switch out sensors.
