Throttle bodies normally don't need replacing, just thorough cleaning. The spring on the throttle is quite strong, so use lithium grease on the linkage fittings and the center bearing of the spool.

BTW, are you using regular gasoline instead of premium? The NA engines have 10:1 compression, you may be getting knock sensored with 87 octane.
