Southwest flies to Minneaoplis. For that price you could have this:

Of course, you would want AC. You could try a can of stop leak followed by a can of R134a, or replace the evaporator. No telling if the AC will work on the 1995 until you replace the engine. You could just rebuild the turbo if it is really 'blown'.
