Steve, below, answered the question at large plus PDI, now, involves all the necessary downloading of software, etc. There are, currently, 3 PDI levels...Level 3 means that the car has to be ready for delivery to a customer. Typically, when us retailers exchange cars, we only perform PDIs 1 and 2.
