Other people's experiences have absolutely no bearing on a lemon law case. The packet of booklets that came with your owners manual should have a listing of lemon law information for each state.

Every state is slightly different, but in general, the rule is that if your car has been out of service for more than 30 days, or in the shop more than 4 times for the same thing, within the first year, you qualify. They have to be significant problems, not sqeauks and rattles or a bad radio.
