Its likely you're going to have to deal with them again. I wonder if they damaged the float arm ( I don't know what the recall was about, but if they had to take the pump out its somewhat likely) I'd call another dealer and see if they'll do the work and explain what happened at the other dealer. I could be missing something but they should be able to do the work (likely they'll have to call the other dealer to verify work done..). You might have to go back to the other dealer, which wouldn't be fun.
