I have always thought of TRACS as an aide to get you home

when the going is really tough.

It certainly doesn't control a full-throttle acceleration

on my S70. It does help at partial throttle when it is

raining (no snow here in CA -- must be why the Badgers

keep coming here to the Rose Bowl :)
