Could be the sway bars but I am going to go with the struts. Less roll means stiffer. Better handling usually means harsher ride. Does it always? No, but have you ever seen a F1 car that looked "plush"? The main reason most people upgrade to bilsteins, barring a broke part, is better handling, not better ride. In all honestly though its probably a little of both. The struts and the sway bars.
