Cruise not working V70-XC70 1998

Mine has a very slow vacuum pump.

You can verify the pedal switch by pulling off the vacuum line under the battery tray. You should be able to see the line go under the battery and with a 'feel', pull it iff the motor housing. If you suck on it and get a good vacuum, the switch is OK.

It could be a relay went bad. I believe they are under the dash.
