The diagnostic handbook lists that as a "misfire in at least one cylinder", normally 543 is among a group of misfire codes, uncertian why you only have 543. Starting point in the shop would be to look at milage, compression test, look at the plugs, inspect the cap and rotor, ensure fuel pressure is correct. Good luck
