System too rich, misfires

My '98 V70 just pulled a CEL. I read the codes, and I've got a code for system too rich and a bunch of cylinder misfire codes. The car idles a bit high at 900 rpm, but it runs well and the engine sounds good.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be? I'm thinking maybe the fuel pressure regulator is broken.
