While te car is unlocked (all sides), unlock the trunk by using the key. Then lock the car by using the remote. Once this is done, try and unlock by using the remote. AFter the second "click", your trunk should be unlocked. If this does not work, perhaps someone messed up your remote operation between the central lockign system and the trunk lock. Your retailer can easily reset that.
