Nick, welecome to the club. www.volvospeed.com bay 13 is the best place to go until you get the books mentioned in the previous post. I understand that there are several issues with the transmissions and such with the '94 model year. I have only had my 850 Turbo for about a month now and haven't had too many problems. For reference, Annapolis Volvo is a pretty decent dealer which is close to where you are. You may want to look them up and have them give it a wizz bang. The 850 I have was serviced by them all of its life. The car has over 165000 miles on it. IMO, they had to be doing something wright to let the car live this long.
