The one to the right of the fuel rail that looks like a tire valve inlet (should have a cap) is the nipple (test port) of the fuel rail. You can hook up a pressure test gauge or use it to run the car off a can of solvent to clean the injectors. It does not get a vacuum line.

Under the battery tray is a manifold for the cruise control. One of the ports should be open as it expels air as part of the normal functioning of the cruise control.
