Yes, to both questions. The skins can be removed and put on your existing seats, with a small amount of work on your part. Finding a good drivers seat that is not worn is the hard part. The seat bottom cushions are interchangable for the front seats, the seat backs are not because of the hole for the lumbar adjustment.
If you want to convert to power seats, there is a memory module under the driver's seat that is also needed. The addditional wiring from the seat to the under console area, and fuses and relays from the donor car.
Someone just transplanted S60 seats into his 1967 122S, which has no wiring. He added a fuse box for them, so both seats are now powered/heated.
