A cheap solution would be go to to your local WalMart and buy some industrial strength velcro. Attach it to the underside of the carpet and to the bottom of the truck, the carpet will stay in place, and you should also be able to remove it with little effort if need be. They usually sell it in the fabric/crafts type section.
