The timing belt/tensioner is good for 105K miles. You do the math.

Replace the axle if the boot is leaking. You can wait until it gets warmer if you like, it takes a while for the CV joint to start making noises. OEM is expensive, labor is about 1 hour.

The clock is probably indicitive of a DIM malfunction, live with it or replace/upgrade the DIM using www.xemodex.com for your best price.
