Quick rear brake question V70-XC70

I'm in need of a rear brake job. I have a '98 V70R, and when I look on eeuroparts for buying, it starts referencing chassis numbers. It appears that this really only effects the mid-99 so if I'm '98 I can use all. However, I really don't want to screw up an order so advice is welcome.

Also, there are two different shim types, one looks like it half of it has a cut out so I don't know what type to use here.
