Radiator hoses 850

Do the O rings go on with the heater hoses? Not familiar with them...

The cap is a green one so it has been replaced.

The coolant looks good and the car was well maintained by the previous owner, should I still do a flush?

The coolant level has dropped about 1" in the 16 months I've owned the car. Anything to be concerned about? Haven't found any visible leaks.
