Did it on my '96 N/A 855.

When you first make the mod, you have the sense that the car is 'peppier,' but I think that is just wishful thinking.

I've concluded that there has not been a change.

I think this is the same kind of improvement that people think they get when the burn 89 versus 87 octane.
