I feel this little bit when I have cruise control engaged. When travelling on a flat stretch I can feel the throttle back off and then back on slightly. Don't know what causes it as it is barely noticeable. Other cars that I have driven sometimes "hunt" between throttle and no throttle on flat stretches.
