Jack attachment question ? 850 1994Turbo

I put a floor jack into the Jack attachment located in the center of the car on each side, I jack up in one side just to change the oil...

Now this moring I hear some rubbing and queaking noise when I lower the driver side window, it sound eehhhh but still working..

On the driver side this is where I place the jack ..

My question is something flex??? in the frame effecting the windown motor??

Where is the best place to have a Jack stand support under this car if I want to have both side up?? I look but every thing under look so weak and wimpy...?? do not want to bend any thing....
