Transmmission fluid level question??? 850 1994

I use the flush method with a clear tube yesterday... and refill it with 12qts ..

This moring I check when it was cold before the engine turn over the fluid level show at the mark HOT... So I think I over fill it....

I drove around for 14 minute or so stop and check the fluid level again hot this time....

Now it show fluid is at correct level hot ???

What giving here??? should I be worried ? I flush all the bad fluid out and ONLY put in 12 QTS think I am on the save side???

What is the effect of over fill just a bit ???
