I am surprised that your 2006 ETM replacement only lasted 5 years. You can check with your dealer, but the warranty was for 200K or 10 years from original purchase date, which was about 11 years ago.

If the dealer won't help, there is always www.xemodex.com which is much cheaper and it will never fail again.
