SO did you buy the S40? We love our 2001 S40 and maybe in a couple of years can look into a new one - or perhaps a C30... I haven't yet driven one of those.

The S40 was rated in the top 5 most reliable vehicles by some survey of actual repair data (rather than owner survey which is often inaccurate).
