S80 CPS test? S80 1999

Hello, all! I have a 1999 S80 that I cannot get to start up. When I crank it, it sounds like it is just about to start but ever fully catches. I was hoping to get the specs for what the resistance should be across the different wires of the Cam Position Sensor so I can figure out if that is the problem before I shell out the $250 for the part.
