I have replaced/glued tons of these mouldings. If the plastic chanel that it slips into is intact and straight, you can glue it. A thin film of 3-M yellow weather strip adhesive all the way across the chanel it goes in will do it. Doesn't take much. You can also use clear silicone. If the plastic chanel is damaged it may need replacment, wich is best left to a windsheild guy.
