Transmission doing weird sound... V70-XC70 2006

Inspect the engine mount on top of the engine and see if it is worn. Then inspect the fluid level of the transmission, with the car in Park and engine running. The dipstick is yellow and under the air intake duct next to the battery. The fluid should be pink. The dipstick has a cold side and a hot side, check both sides if you are not sure.
