So i am the one with the volvo. Thanks for all the input here. I checked the vac lines and everything looks great. No cracking whatsoever, everything looks realitivly clean and "newish" along the vac lines.

It is the 20V, it stalls at stop signs, sometimes only trying to stall then getting it's RPMs back up and holding steady. While this happens you can watch the rpms go from 500-12 or 14 back and forth before it settles out. Very rich smell when she does stutter and stall. Also she wont do it at start up really, idles perfect first time....more when she is warmed up, but again typically starts right up after stall. Only once did she not want to start when my girlfriend was driving. Thanks for al the help....i appreciate it!
